You go through an enter how much of a home you are considering purchasing, how long you plan to stay, what your mortgage rate/ down payment/ and length of mortgage would be. How you project the future to act (how value, rent increase, investment returns, and inflation) Your property taxes, and tax rate. Your closing costs, (generally we can get the seller to cover some of these) your maintenance fees and your additional renting costs. Along the side you will have a green tab floating down as you go along telling you that you should buy unless your rent is less than that number.
